1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item)
- The package is tampered with or opened at the time of delivery
2. Return Window
- Any return or replacement request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refunds
- If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchange / Replacement Policy Exchange / replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, the exchanged / replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7 business days.

5. Replacements
- In case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Minor variations in packaging or appearance
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
7. Cancellation Policy
